I made the mistake of taking 1 cocodamol at 830pm. Can I take another one now and when would I take 2 again. In 4 hours after this one would that be ok?

If I needed them, I would happily take 2 after taking 1 three hours ago.

Cocods are usually 8/500,15/500 or 30/500 but either way I'd likely take 2 if in severe pain.
