The sonographer did a lot of prodding and poking 30 minutes and I am wondering if he has pushed a stone into the bile duct.

If he had pushed the stone into the bile duct you would definitely know about it pain wise. cut out fatty greasy food completely and cut down on sugar. next time you contemplate eating crap just have a read of your posts before you do.
