St Johns Wort

Do you have any experience of this- what did you take it for, did it work and were there any side effects? Thanks

I had St. John's Wort once: but I used wort remover and it went.

Hi, yes a few years ago I was going through a very bad patch and St. John's Wort definitely helped after a week or so. I also knew someone who depended on it for years (after her daughter was killed) once she'd come off the authorised doctor's medicaments and she had no side-effects either. I think that it is important to tell your doctor that you are taking it. I have read of people having problems with it, but not in my experience. I found it a gentle helper.
