hmm, afraid not.  You could try asking at your chemist or trying Germaline, that's pretty good for general blemishes
Zovirax or cold coffee apparently, but none is that quick.  I also have one.
Hi

You should try L-Lysine

This won't get rid of it by tomorrow but it really helps. I got some at a health shop and took it every day and I haven't had a cold sore in a year!
sorry but NO ONE can get rid of one that fast,  I have bad them two or three times a year for many years , if you have had them before you will know that the area where the sore will appear tingles mildly a day before appear, that is the time to use Zovirax (Aciclovir) it is the best treatment so far. It sounds as though you have a date,  An honest but urgent piece of advice, please, no kissing of anyone ANY where until it has completely gone,  I am totally serious, it is highly infectious.    Pete D
I have already posted an answer but I forgot to say USE the Zovirax ( Aciclovir) even though it has already appeared , it will still shift it faster than anything else there is. Good luck tomorrow. Pete D

It's my birthday tomorrow that's why i want it gone! Don't worry i won't be kissing anyone, i wouldn't wish a coldsore to my worst enemy!! Thanks for all the advise x
Having worked in an pharmacy I know that aciclovir and other preparations only work at the tingle stage but any  Cold Sore Balm that contains Bee Propolis will work during and after the tingle stage and help to heal it a lot faster. Hope this helps!
hiyer i don't know if this works or not as i hav'nt tried it myself but i am going to as i suffer from the dreaded lergy as well.I read somewhere that you can buy liquorice balm from health shops, that is supposidly ment  to keep them at bay. It's not cheap though 10 a tube . Worth it if it does work.
