Shazza,

Yes absolutely yes. I used it along with a couple of other of his remedies (one was elm) before both of my driving tests. It really did work and If it's a major thing your doing just keep sipping away if used in water and it's wonderful. You can feel it wearing off and as that happened I felt nervous again but after a few more sips I was calm.

my sis once used it when she got hysterical on a flight take off and it completely calmed her. I really would recommend it.

If you go into somewhere that sells it they should have a brochure about the different types and what they actually do. i think you can get the brochure in Boots but don't quote me on that!

Hope this is useful.

Cheers loobie, I'll give it a go. It's for a job interview; my nerves are wrecked. LoL!
I'll second what loobie said - it worked for me when I was in and out of hospital and quite nervous.
i used it on my 3rd driving test coz on the first two tests my leg would not keep steady on the pedals coz i was so nervous. my mums friend recommended this and i was as steady as anything on my third test and passed!

Well, I've just tasted it and oddly enough it tastes quite like whiskey to me!

shazzabell.....  I've used Rescue Remedy for myself and children for many years with great success. Larch is another remedy that may be useful... it helps with confidence. This link will take you to the Bach Flower website. http://tinyurl.com/b7uvv

Good luck with the interview.

EDDIE51... The tinctures are only preserved in Brandy, not made of it!! This link tells you how the remedies are made. http://tinyurl.com/ctlc4

I too used it in my driving test, my instructor recommended it.  Its great.  Try it, try them all!
