Anyone suffering with head neuralgia try using a heat pad for 20mins then 20mins ice pack twice a day. The wife has had neuralgia for 2 years and tried this for 2 weeks and it has virtually gone. Nice to see her pain free.

The relief for both of you must be wonderful, constant pain is so debilitating.
Thanks for posting this. I have trigeminal neuralgia and the pain is excruciating at times. I use Lyrica but it is not always successful. I will try the alternating heat and cold that you suggest. Thank you.
Chanel 5 have you seen a neurologist or been to a pain clinic?
Trigeminal neuralgia is excruciating but can usually be successfully treated either with drugs or by a small operation to kill the nerve.
