for a throat/ear infection. 2 days before the wedding of my best friend and I've to do a speech at the ceremony. Dr has told me painkillers, will prescribe more Difflam Spray and a no use of voice until Friday if possible...did this 9 years ago but lordy it's going to be fun being quiet

difflam oral rinse is good too queenie - it sorta freezes the mouth and give you pain relief. I couldnt find it in the big Boots pharmacy yesterday but it is good
