Do you think it's her business or is she selfish in that she is not teaching her kids the value of things , risking them growing up thinking that they can have it all ?

A family who maybe does not buy anything for the children through the year, but splashes out at Christmas, does not fit the notion of 'spoiling' as I understand it.
For all we know the kids may have to put the toys away, and maybe bring one out every few weeks - that of course is not mentioned.
It's a knee-jerk reaction from the keyboard nasties - I'm sorry the lady was naive enough to put herself up as a target for this sort of nonsense.
