I am at the moment, Ummmm. About four pounds overweight. I feel fat!
That's not too bad.
No it isn't but it's enough for me to feel uncomfortable.
I haven't got any weighing scales so don't know if I've put weight on or not...and I've been ill so have mainly been in PJ's.
Sorry to hear that Ummmm. Are you on the mend?
minimal carbs as before and no alcohol for four to six weeks.
Having never been on a diet I think it unlikely I'll try one tomorrow.
Yeah yeah...I'm fine. Nothing too bad, just enough to stop me feeling sociable. Then 'HE' got it and didn't get out of bed for 3 days :-D
Of course. About 2.5 stone over ideal, 1.5 stone I'd settle for.
Good luck, OG, Are you the gentleman that hates rabbit food?
Question Author
ummmm, typical of a lot of men, can't cope with illness :-) OG, I would be happy if I could lose 2 stone, but I can't cope with diets. How do you eat less? If I'm enjoying what I'm eating, I want more not less! How can anyone not have bread? I tried this once and I was craving for toast.I've also tried rabbit food but get bored with it.I'm thinking of trying a soup diet but don't think I will stick it for long.
Very very rarely that I eat bread, Barsel.
Still plenty of goodies left - so mine has been postponed until February

Tony, what do you have in place of bread? You can put everything on bread so what's the alternative?
I don't substitute bread as such, Barsel. ie I usually have crumpets for breakfast instead of toast ( are crumpets a type of bread ) ?.
Question Author
^^^^ probably. :-)
Should have said bread from a loaf then I think, Barsel.
