Well, Conne.....I'm lucky in that I neither worry over much nor suffer from stress. But knitting is, I imagine, a really good way to destress.......or a long walk in woodland.....dancing as if you can dance.....lots of things to do....x
Do something JJ likes doing. Listening to music, puzzles, making cakes etc. Or just curling up on settee and watch a good DVD, preferably comedy. Eat well and drink lots of water.
I usually go to one of my little old ladies, often one with dementia, I don't need to discuss my issues. I just sit and chat, they can be an absolute delight to talk to, even if they are mentally on a far away planet. I would never burden any of them with my issues, not that I have many, usually just when I'm over worked.
Most here probably won't understand unless they have worked or had a lot of experience with dementia.
