Does anyone know if hypnosis really can work for phobias? I have a terrible fear of needles and I desperately want to get over it, if anyone has successfully cured it through hypnosis I would love to know.

Thanks

Yes, it does. I've just started learning the art, and I have already had good results. As long as you trust the hypnotist then it should not be a problem.

Hi,

I had a terrible fear of the dentist and had to take valium for 24 hrs before going even for a check up..my aim was to get over my phobia before i was 40 so i bought a fears and phobia's cd and listened to it every day. It took about a week before i rang the dentist and I can now drive myself there because i'm not drugged up to the eyeballs and i'm not at all nervous when in the chair...it';s amazing

So my answer is a resounding yes and here is a link to the cd i have http://www.audiohypnotherapy.com.au/tapes/15/

Hope this helps
