Instead of the creams & gels, **all** containing nano-plastics, for hair and skin, I was advised on using Coconut Oil. This apparently keeps the skin supple and the hair more healthy.

Instead of tooth-paste, again **all** containing nano-plastics, Bicarb of Soda was given as being an able replacement; it also is helpful in removing coating on the tongue.

Lavender Oil advised for the occasional 'refreshening'.

--> Whilst welcoming getting rid of nano-plastics, are these substances as good as suggested?
Thank you.

I have seen this, in fact my cousin here in U.S. uses this for her teeth and as a mouthwash. Also on her hair which is in great shape that I am seriously considering it myself. But it is no good as a diet aid.

SA: Please be more specific, as I questioned the use(fulness) of C O, B o S, and L O.

__There is an additional use, I have just been informed, for Coconut Oil. Namely, that it can be used for frying and for salads.
How more specific can I get. All I do is reiterate what I said in previous post. Maybe it is a fad, but cousin's teeth look white and hair glossy!!!!!!
I don't know about bic of soda or lavender.
can I question the “all containing nano plastics” thing because I think they have been banned...yes, to be phased out in the UK by end of 2017

Many years ago I asked my dentist which toothpaste she used herself. Her answer was "I don't. There's no point. I simply use a firm brush and water".
I use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth...if I don’t hot or cold foods, or even opening my mouth on a cold day, are agony
I've used coconut oil for several years both for cooking...it has a high smoke point so is excellent for frying...and also as a moisturiser for face and body.
For those who eat low carb/high fat it's considered a healthy fat.
even the smell makes me barf
Oh,I love the smell...but I love coconut.
I love coconut oil and use it for my hair and as a moisturiser. I also give half a teaspoon to my dog, as it's a great supplement for them and keeps their coats shiny! He now knows he'll get some as a little treat when I'm doing my 'before bed beauty' regime!

Well, B o S works well, both as a toothpaste replacement and mouthwash.
Although I have started using C O as a moisturiser, I have heard that, a few hours after applying this to the hair, one must rinse it. --> Can one leave or does the hair need rinsing?
L O: I like the suggestion of using this when massaging. --> But adding this to C O is, presumably, only for the scent?
a_n: you could try this for your 'bbb' regime!
