Anyone know of this film

I'm gonna be a bit vague here, not sure what it's called but here are some clues.

I know it's early eighties

It starts off with a guy jogging and he comes to a set of traffic lights, touches these magic specatcles and they change for him.

Later i the film he falls asleep with his glasses off and he gets transported to a place where he has to rescue his girlfriend.

It's very fighting fantasy type stuff.
