We live on a busy road, I put in a drive many years ago there are 2 cars parked on the left of my drive, one to the right, opposite they have a drive but has just started parking one of their cars directly opposite my drive, this reduces the traffic flow, I never Drive into my drive unless I am working on my car I always back in, at times I have a struggle due to the car parking opposite my drive, would you call this Unreasonable Obstruction?

could you ask them to keep that bit clear for easier access etc ? perhaps they are unaware of how it restricts ?
No, you can still get your car in.
I have a similar problem at my house. Although I live on in, what amounts to a cul-de-sac, there is always cars passing my house, so I too reverse into my drive, on the principle that it easier to reverse into a spot where I know that no other car will be, rather than reverse into a road, which other cars will almost certainly be present.

But the idiot woman who lives opposite me has 2 daughters, whose boyfriends are continually making things difficult for myself, and my immediate next door neighbours.
You could ask nicely - but the bottom line is no one householder owns the public highway.
If it was causing me a problem, I would just go and knock on the door and ask them to move the car so that I could get into my drive.
Mikey - why is the women an idiot when it's the males making it difficult for you?
^Good question.
no, it's an annoyance, this happens to me sometimes and it makes it more difficult to get into the drive. In my experience people do not realise they are causing a problem. Have a word hopefully they can simply park a bit further along.
Because she lets her daughters be in sexual relationships with older men and boys, when they were only 13-14. The youngest is still only 15.

But that is by the by.....I have asked for cars to be removed, some of them parked at the bottom of my drive, when I can neither get in or out. They are somewhat reluctantly removed, but soon appear again later that day, or the following.

Ask if they could move their car, this has been done on a previous occasion, resulted in f---------, you and your drive.
I have a similar issue. Turned out of the drive without scraping any of the parked cars can be a nightmare, but I've managed to be collision free so far. I put notes in cars that park over the edge of my dropped pavement. To the right there's hardly room for a city runabout yet I've had large vans park there in the past.
I am obviously blessed with nicer neighbours. Phew!
A quick scan of the Road Traffic Act and Construction and Use regulations clearly state that known strumpets and their loose-living issue are a breach of the law on parking in Wales.

Nah, I made that up too. Think you're losing it mate.
Same, Tilly, in my whole life I've never been sworn at by a neighbour!!

Mikey...how do you know what goes on privately?
A mate of mine made up A4 posters
image of Mickey Mouse extending the middle finger, alongside which were the words 'thank you for parking. Next time leave me a can-opener so I can get access'

These are the people that know where to come when their car breaks down & that's often, my offer of help went the day I was told to F. Off.
just have to grin and bear it I guess..this cul de sac is a nightmare
So you do them favours and when you ask them to move their car they tell you to eff off?

It's like living in a parallel universe.
