9 Answers
two days, and tonight it was on average 110/60, on 3 readings.
Any reason to be worried, male 73yrs old,
I have been feeling a little light headed sometimes, but do take a lot of medicines, antibiotics for chest infection, (i have, copd), 2 chest inhalers, codeine, and a few others. Thanks.

Couple that to a BP readings of what you have described, then if, if , you are taking tablets to lower your BP e.g Enalapril, then that may well be the cause of your problems.
BP of 110/60 "could" be normal, if you were symptom free, BUT...BP of 110/60 with light headedness is suspicious of drug overdosage.
HOWEVER...you have a chest infection, COPD and I bet you are a bit short of breath eh?.....more recently? In this situation you oxygen levels in your blood may well be low and this would cause you symptoms of low blood pressure and light headedness.
My money goes on the latter.

Thanks everybody.
Thanks Sqad,
Its usually first thing in the morning, when I get light headed.
Stopped taking B/P tablets about 3 years ago, and I check my oxygen levels twice a day, usually about 92/95, which my nurse is quite happy about, but yes, I can get out of breath even walking 10 yards.
Bluddy working with Asbestos when I was an apprentice, but obviously smoking didn't help. Thanks.
