If you bought it online, can you not go into your purchase history with the company and see where you bought it from?

I'm thinking that you must be able to find the name of the company you used from somewhere...surely?

Look on your bank statement to see who collected the money - google that name and get some information from there.

How did you pay for it? Credit card or Bank statement should give you the name of the firm. You can then Google for a website and get the address from there.
