Is nadralone good for you as a supllement, what are the side effects? Is it illegal? would you recommend taking it for weight training

If my memory serves me well, nandralone is also known as Deca Durabolin and comes in little glass vials for intra-muscular injection, usually into the thigh. - Is it good for you as a suppliment? Well, apparently it's good for the joints... it's a steroid so with the correct training and diet, it will make you grow. - What are the side effects? Well, apart from the obvious 'roid rage' (making you short tempered) it can also cause unsightly acne, usually on your back. It's also quite risky injecting it if your inexperienced, as being quite a thick oil you need to use quite a fat needle. There is a high chance of hitting a nerve in the thigh, not very nice. Also, the needle needs to go quite deep. - Is it illegal? I believe so, unless the laws have changed recently without my knowledge, it is a class C drug. - Would i recommend it? No, definaltely not. I've seen friends of mine go down the rocky road of steroid abuse. Stay clear of it, train hard and train clean. You'll feel better about yourself in the long run.

Don't take it! It seems to be used by certain professional athletes and sports people -- administered to them by experts, though not *responsible* experts - as a way to increase performance. But when they are uncovered, they are banned, humiliated and shamed. Why should you be any different?
