Ladies Question - Men Pls Ignore Unless Doctors Lol- Tmi For You
25 Answers
Ok my periods have always been short - never more than 3 days long. Never every 28 days but always every month. Never miss one. Last month completely normal. Last Monday I started again but it was different. I was in absolute agony pain wise and was in tears. Was passing huge clots as well. Decided if still as bad next day I would go to doctor but pain cad cleared by about 80%, and was then gone the next day. 9 days later and I’m still bleeding - has been fairly light until about an hour ago when I went to the loo and the flow is basically like I’m weeing. I feel absolutely fine and don’t want to bother anyone unnecessarily but not sure what’s going on?

My feeling is that if you were actually haemorrhaging then you wouldn't be posting on here....I agree that its likely to be either an early miscarriage or perimenopause, having experienced both. If you feel okay and aren't in pain...I mean pain as opposed to discomfort, then contact doc tomorrow, but if you are not feeling okay then I reckon get medical advice tonight.
Well I rang the doctors, who couldn’t fit me in but could give me a telephone appointment. Doctor finally rang and said that he didn’t think I was peri menopausal as per recent blood tests, but that I could be lacking in progesterone , which clots the blood (??) so he has prescribed me 10 days of tablets and see how I get on...
