I take it and yes it does help.
I took it once, and tripped on it. Never again.
Yes took it about 10 years ago. They do help but like everything have some side effects.
Not personally but the bloke who used to do my decorating and odd jobs said it had changed his life.....got him back to work after an accident and injury to his back after nothing else worked. In the end he chucked up work when he inherited a small fortune.
I do. It helps to take the edge off but not completely, but enough for a bit of comfort, which is a good thing for me.
I took it along with other stuff for a couple of months last year to help with the pain caused by a bulging disc in my lower spine.
It was a big help.

I will start taking it tonight before bed how long before I can expect it to start working?
It works exceptionally well for some people and not at all for others.
About 2 weeks - and it is good to take it before bed as it will help you to sleep. This is according to my friend.

I was offered it and not to put you off but I was told you gain a lot of weight so I'm bad enough and didn't bother. I bought myself St John's Wort for a year and found that helped me with my lows.
Jj St Johns Wort won’t help with pain
ok - you're probably right as I was taking it for depression
