Is there any significance to 'interesting gentleman' (thank you for referring this interesting gentleman to me) in a letter from a consultant?

The best ones are FM, and SFM, as used by a neurologist I used to know. The f is obvious the m is mad. The S is still. The other ones are outspoken or strong minded. I remember the first dictation I typed when I joined the NHS.
"Thank you very much for referring this 72-year-old lady who presents with a 6-month history of right-sided hand pain. There's nothing wrong with her f****** hand, it's her f****** head that needs examining!"
OBVIOUSLY ... I didn't type it word for word.
I could tell you many, many funny stories about Doctors' dictations.
