Saturday. The wee white tornado is in residence, hence the even earlier morning! Having woken me up early she is now fast asleep!
Friends to lunch today, or I'm going to them. I'll know when I phone at 0730. If I go to them they've got the WWT too. They love her to bits! :o} Whichever, I'm doing lunch. That's today taken care of.

Have a happy day everyone.

Still early for you though.

Morning Sharon. xxx Yes, she's fine. This is her second home. I was able to leave the back door open last night, so she didn't have to wake me up. So she saved it all for one go and woke me up 0300! Crazy hound! :o}
Good morning Boaty and Sharon. Rediculously early for me too. Don't know what caused that. Still, that morning cuppa tastes good.

Morning arrods. The first cuppa is the nectar of the Gods, is it not.

How are you this morning?
Hello all.

Welcome to the weekend.

How's everyone?
Question Author
G'day mate. Still breathing and annoying the neighbours ta. :o}

All well down there?
I was fine thanks Boaty - until the poota let me down as I was typing. May have to revert to the laptop.

Morning Ozzy. Our friends from Melbourne arrived over the weekend. Look forward to meeting up with them.
Yeah, all good thanks, getting a bit ground hog dayish.

Looking forward to end of next week, son's graduation, shame it's in the middle of Sydney.

After that a drive to Queensland to collect Mum.
Bit of a change, should be good.

The wonders of technology mate! We have to rely on it all the time don't we.
Hope you all have a good time Arrods.

Melbourne winter to UK summer should be pleasant for them.
Question Author
That drive will take you more than half an hour mate!
Just a tad ;-) , about 8 hours a bit longer with a break.
Come to think of it Boaty nearly every drive I do does!!
Question Author
Yes, sounds about right. But in Aussie terms that's just down the road isn't it! ;o}
Just like visiting a neighbour ;-))
Question Author
Drop in for a cuppa.
Yes Ozzy - with the emphasis on 'should'. :-)
Question Author
You'll have a great time arrods.
Well Arrods, worst case scenario, no difference ;-/
Morning ,heavens it's early, I have been up for about an hour, on my third cuppa after getting the man comfortable. All is going well, I managed on my own most of yesterday a n d overnight so the carers could finish earlier and join their friends for Eid celebrations. As it happened apart from a quick exercise in pillow plumping
he was ok til about midnight which is my watch anyway.
Lucky we haven't got pets, claws and an air mattress are not a good combination.
