Where is the best place to go to for heavy legs - you know getting them massaged really well and also feet

I don't know if it would be a pedicure, reiki, healing hands, etc, masseuse - would like to be pointed in the right direction - thanks

Have you had blood tests?
Question Author
no and I know they will tell me wear and tear
Not always. I get heavy legs and I'm vitamin deficient. Also it can cause weakness and bad balance.

Sista is getting them very heavy as well when comes down the stairs she is holding on the bannisers. She is embarrased and I told her she needs something to be done and go to doctors. The doctors tell it is wear and tear. (like she says it) it is serious to me tho

PS - I don't need to say this - but she has a beauful leg, slim ankle and the shapeliest of legs but recently (altho she doesn't tell me ) she is in pain has bourgt new shoes but just can wear them all.
You don't really take any advice anyway.
Could you and sista be affected by the hot weather ?
Question Author
anne that's point - sista find it very uncomfortable but I love it
JJ when you and sista say " heavy legs" are your feet and ankles swollen ?
Question Author
My question where could I go - what would be the best place to get ease.
Question Author
she has the most daintly legs ever for a lady over 70, and extemely slim ankles.

mine near the same but not as good her.

No none of are ankles swelled - nor the legs - just the "lifting up"
and she no swelling as well and wears 2-3
Don't take this the wrong way but all the ailments you have might benefit from a different approach, I suggest you find a good counsellor to help you managed the anxiety you seem to feel about your health problems.
If you want something that can make you feel generally better and more balanced I recommend a really good acupuncturist. Make sure they have trained in China on a proper long course. I found an amazing one but I think your problem isn't your problems but how you deal with them
Question Author
oh thanks for that Rowan - but my problems are pretty physical
But you don't appear to do anything about it and just come back another day and ask more or less the same question.
Question Author
Ummmm - I merely asked on advice as to where the best place to go - no other queries were asked.
If any health issues have been ruled out then start with a massage and work from there - Rowan's recommendation of a good acupuncturist would be something worth investigating too.

thanks Mamy
Well there you go JJ......pick the bones out of that lot (as the saying goes)
I really don't know what you are talking about, but the other posters seem to.
First of all.....have you seen a doctor? I presume that you have and all investigations have come back normal/
When do these "heavy legs" become "heavy"....at the end of the day, after walking or slight exercise...OR are they "heavy" all the time....even when you are asleep?
Let's start from there.
