I am thinking about Liposuction in my stomach as i have lost a bit if weight and just can not get rid if the lumpy bits. The thing is having in Britain is so muvh more than other countries it seems a lot of british people are going abroad for plastic surgery any ideas how I start the process ?

My friend had a tummy tuck in Belgium (!) and it was SO cheap compared with UK. I think it is just a case of getting the surgeon's name and approaching him directly. I can ask her for you..?
