I am led to believe that your eyes are attached to some form of cord and that your eyeball can can be removed a certain distance from your face whilst still attached. If this is true, what would happen if you took one of your eyeballs out of its socket (presuming you could still see through it) and you placed this eye ball directly in front of your other eye. What would you see?? One eye would be looking at your other eye which would be looking back at that eye and so and so forth.......... what would happen??

I don't even want to think about that .....CREEPY !!
not quite sure what would happen in that situation but I remember seeing a Guinness World Records programme on tv where people were competing to see who could pop their eyes out of the sockets the furthest - it really was disgusting. They had to measure them with a ruler and everything!

Clanad: That is unbelievable. I shall certainly beware when I blow my nose or do anything else energetic. Where do you find these sites? I had no idea the human eye was so tough and resilient! a comfort, and a great credit once again, to our maker.

Utterly unbelievable!!! But yeah, what would happen if you looked into your own eyeball???
