I'm been driven crackers by itching in between my toes. Ive often had athletes foot before now, with broken, sore, itchy skin, but this is just persistent itching. Also, don't know if this is connected, but have got 'blotchy' skin on face and chest.
Is there anything that I can buy over the counter to help.
Thanks.

Thank you KARL, worth considering,
Thanks again.
Its possible that you have chilblains Nailit. Especially if you are not wearing socks indoors. Red and itchy toes but no unbroken skin or agressive rash, could be caused by a chillblains. Pop some warm socks on and stimulate your circulation with some regular foot cream.

If on the other hand the athletes foot theory wins through, then use tea tree based products as a natural remedy for fungal infection

I remember the same thing happening to me, nailit.
I always stand a couple of inches further back now.
I was thinking chilblains too. I used to suffer terribly. I scrubbed my feet with a hairbrush to try to get some relief.Keeping my feet warm would make them even more itchy.

I used to buy pills at the pharmacy to help. Don't know if they're still available.
Benadryl the one that works in 15mins (on skin allergies) really helps me!!

Acrovastine or something!!

I do take fexofenadine but thats prescribed.

See the GP please if poss x
