Reducing Scars

Do you have any recommendations what to use on abdominal scars to reduce scarring?

Bio oil? Anythingelse? X

Both actually but more so surgical scars xxx

Definitely Bio-Oil. I had a massive amount of self-harm scars on both my arms and legs and biol-oil has faded them so much now that if you didn't know they were there, you couldn't tell.

I used an opened capsule of Vitamin E on my facial scars. You can hardly see them now.

Try coconut oil as it is a 'natural' cure for any skin problem
