Because of my body, my parents always humiliate me. I want to have a healthy and happy life, however because of these people who unfortunately are my parents won’t let me live happily. I have no one to tell this to. If my own parents won’t support me, then I don’t imagines others to do so. Any advice or tips for me?
Sorry to hear about your POS parents. But remember that you are doing this for you, not for them. Hopefully they'll see that making these choices is better for your health, and your well-being, and they'll respond accordingly at some point, but, if not, then you'll be healthy and fit and they'll be the ones needing to make changes.

Believe in yourself, just because they are your parents they may not know how to support you, try to eat a reasonable range of foods avoiding fatty sugary food and drink and try to get more exercise. The important thing is to think it's not losing weight it's becoming healthier...
