Exercising More But Eating More, Help !

Trying to exercise more at this difficult time and actually feeling that I am doing it and succeeding, but it makes me so so hungry, I end up eating more. Any one else feeling this and have any suggestions to stop eating more after the exercise ? Thanks.

I always remind myself that if I control myself, I will be more and more successful. Also try not to think about food; the more you think about it, the more tempted you feel (that’s how it is for me). Drinking water is a great way to make yourself a little more full. I drink water before meals so I don’t end up eating a lot. Maybe try eating very small amounts of healthy food more frequently instead of eating large amounts only a few times a day (Fruits, nuts, yogurts work for me).
