Trying to exercise more at this difficult time and actually feeling that I am doing it and succeeding, but it makes me so so hungry, I end up eating more. Any one else feeling this and have any suggestions to stop eating more after the exercise ? Thanks.

So am I - eating far too much. Sorry can't help with helpful suggestions.
I'm twice the man I used to be...
Me too bond.

I am however, only having a couple of nuts or a banana or something in the afternoon, before our healthy ish tea...

I am definitely more hungry, maybe somewhat bored too.....?
You just have to keep yourself occupied. Boredom causes false feelings of hunger. When you are busy you do not think about food, then suddenly realise it is mealtime and you have not bothered with food since the last meal.
Same here. I think the best thing you can do is remind yourself why you are doing this. I always remind myself that if I control myself, I will be more and more successful. Also try not to think about food; the more you think about it, the more tempted you feel (that’s how it is for me). Drinking water is a great way to make yourself a little more full. I drink water before meals so I don’t end up eating a lot. Maybe try eating very small amounts of healthy food more frequently instead of eating large amounts only a few times a day (Fruits, nuts, yogurts work for me).
