Is it true that copper bracelets 'work' against rueumatism and arthritus, by your skin absorbing the copper ?

supposedly true........I know some golfers who wear them and they say it helps. It turns your wrist geen though!!!!!

I also wondered- as a lot of IUD's are copper, and they supposedly work by the same principle - would the users of these devises have less problems with Rheumatism/Athritus ? Just a passing thought!

I have quite severe osteoarthritis and copper bracelets are no help whatsoever.They may help if have a twinge in your wrist or elbow but they didn't work for me.
