I've been looking on their site but the suggested daily food is far more than I eat already with lots of pasta dishes. Does it work? I don't eat wheat products as I'm gluten sensitive and don't crave sugar really, only the odd pack of jelly babies which is the reason I've gained a few pounds in lockdown, that and too much wine which is being addressed. I know a few people who have lost lots of weight with them, but they are folks that had a problem with portion control and gluttony which I don't. I need to lose around 15 lbs 20lbs would be nice but 15 will bring me down to a medically acceptable wieght. Any suggestions on good diets to follow would be welcome, except Keto which I tried and it made me ill. Thanks!

Pasta many thanks for your info and links, I'm going to go have a look this afternoon.
Pasta the eating plan that you mentioned- is it like The Hay Diet which was popular some years ago ? You just don't have carbs and protein together.
Rosie, I've heard them compared, though I don't know much about the Hay diet. Harcombe promotes eating good, non-processed fresh foods.

Thank you x

I've had a look at the link Pasta and am not a big fan of diets with 'phases', but thanks anyway. :-)
That's fine APG...different strokes and all that. Though it's meant to be a lifestyle so phases last only as long as it takes a person to reach a preferred weight.

I hope you find a way to lose the weight you want. As someone who struggled all her life with my weight and is still being called grossly fat on Facebook , I know how unhappy it can make you feel.
That's just awful, Martin. Some are so callous and think that they can say whatever they want. And, they are supposedly adults. We all know that you can rise above such nastiness...stay strong.
