It was always a favourite of mine in the coffee shops. Is it possible to replicate this flavour at home ?

Yes. Buy a spiced pumpkin pie, scoop out the innnards, then blend it into your latte.

Failing that, there are many complicated recipes on line, or you could just use Twinings spiced pumpkin syrup which is really what chain coffee shops use.
