With the lockdowns, and lack of sunlight, therefore a lack of vitamin D, could there be a connection to poor s!eep?

Google will come up with plenty of valid research regarding the relationship between vitamin D and sleep problems...including sleep apnoea. Maybe emmie should give it some thought.
