people who shop in Marks and Spencers and go before me in the Queue and i have a sandwich, (Tuna and cucumber) and a packet of crisps, (sour cream and cheese) and they have a ****** basket full and want a ****** delivery and they have all ****** day and i have an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
