Could I be addicted to Bread, I don't feel satisfied with anything I eat unless it includes bread, I want to give it up completely, but I know I am going to find it very hard to do, what can I replace it with.

Some foods can have addictive properties...they cause chemical responses in the brain in the same way as alcohol, tobacco and drugs such as coke. There are individual ingredients such as grains and sugar, and the combination of certain fats and sugary carbohydrates.
That you don't feel satisfied is your brain telling you to eat more, not actual hunger. Include a bit more protien in your meals plus healthy fats...both will be more satiating.
I speak from experience...I very rarely eat bread. In the past I could easily scoff 5 or 6 slices...and still want more. I ate a LOT of bread.

I too love bread, would eat a crusty loaf on the journey home from the shop. Love toast. Nothing nicer than a thick crust with half an inch of butter.
Health problems meant I had to change my eating habits drastically - I now have two slices of bread (no butter or spread) every 10 days. It's hard but it can be done
