X-Rays

Husband has to get 2 x-rays done , one for back and the other for his knee, his doctor is arranging these, however she says when the professional at the x-ray department gets the paperwork, he may only allow one, I have never heard this , is it a new thing that the chap in x-ray can over ride the doctor, I thought the doctors word would have been good enough.

The Radiographer will comply with the request of the GP unless there would be a danger of health or misunderstanding of procedure.
Inthe case of your husband, I can see no problems.

Thank you sqad, I thought that too, just thought it strange the doctor would say that, and she said it has happened to her before
