Just a warning - I spoke to a lad working in the middle of the mall re SKY - he had quite a swelling on his eye and got so bad he had to go to hospital and has been on medications.
He believes it is the wee flies that are flying about - smaller than the ordinary fly. They must be dangerous.
I wouldn't agree, fruit flies and thunderflies (examples of small flies) don't bite. Far more likely he's been bitten by a blandford fly or something else plus he must be particularly allergic.
well let me tell you something. Not only it happened to the lad in the SKY place but my furniture upholsterer has said the same thing - he was bit in his eye in the van.
I had the worst bite of my life on my ankle a few days ago. It came out in a hard lump and there was a big circle of red all around it, it itched like hell and the lump was very sore to the touch. It is still itching today and the lump has finally gone down, but it looks red raw so I've covered it with a plaster now ! Insect bites in the summer are a damm curse ...
erm - just thinking - if it is not a mall - what is it - it is a load of various supermarkets, clothes, butchers, Iceland, Peacocks, Poundland an answer please would be appreciated. Thank you.
if you want to catch fruit flies in the house leave a wine bottle with a little red wine in it or some red wine vinegar, they go in because they like the smell but cant get out again
oh you have answered my question Barry - ta ta - I like a mall simply it is has one alliteration. shopping centres have 4 - so it is easier to say mall LOL
Agree with you about the horse fly bite, Mamya - my son got bit by one when he was about 10 and the reaction was astounding. Very painful - and painful looking
