top of the ear piercing

about...6 or maybe 8 weeks ago i got the top of my ear pierced. i have taken out the stud twice (only quite recently) to clean it properly. there is kind of a lump at the back of my ear...is this normal and will it go?

god i still have a lump there and i got mines done about 12 years ago havent worn a stud for a long time in it though.

I was gonna say the same thing I've had mine done for 14 years and still have a lump, I've got a hoop in it. Don't worry about it

I'm a lumpy too! I don't wear any studs etc unless I have my hair tied up - which is very rare! I've had it pierced for 4 years now, it's just scar tissue - nothing to worry about!

its normal Swizz. I had one but mine stragely dissapeared after 10 yrs
