What Should I Do After Steroid Usage / Side Effects (15Yo)

Hi,

i'm 15 and i'm not writing with my real name as i dont want my mom to figure it out

I've used sarms (rad140) for 5 months (20mg per day) and the last 2 months of it combined with dbol (30mg per day) to build muscles

I know it was a bit stupid and i probably shouldn't have done it but it worked
like i added 35lbs and i now have visible chest muscles (it is also split in the middle) and abs and veins on the arms and that wasn't there before (it has been noticed by classmates already)
but i got also a side effect and that's why i'm asking
my chest the area of the nipples got big and sticks out about 1/2 inch - inch (depending on how cold it is) it's so much that it got visible thru tshirts
and i want to get rid of it

but i don't know if i can just go to my doctor and ask there because i don't want my mom to know what i did

Do you think i can just go to the doctor, or will i get a lot of trouble?


And i hope it's okay to link a picture of my chest/body but that's the easiest to explain and show what i got from it

It's as i wrote the nipples and area arround it got big

Or may it go away by itself?
