Posture Corrector

Has anyone used one of these, and recommend one? I find myself seriously slouching whilst on the computer, which at work is most of the day.

My mate is a physio he said no. I do a lot of dancing. Do exercises to straighten your back. My lady friend said about posture corrector would not use.
