I can't and nobody else can tell you that there will be no long term effects of Covid vaccination.
What I can tell you is that if you contract Covid, the immediate and long term sequelae are there to see and can be reduced by vaccination.

My sister and my niece, also several others have a reaction to the Astra Zeneca vaccine. The have a painful lump underneath their arm, and have developed a nasty rash. This occurred after the second jab. I will not be having the 4th jab. I am have been breathless for over a year now, vaccines reaction? Long Covid? Who knows?

But your looking at it from the position of someone whose proabably nowhere near 75 and all the health issues that involves....you might feel diffrent when you get to 75 or if you get conditions what make you vunrable.
Am well short of 75 but I'm hoping I get offered for a booster by May as my last were November... some countrys need your last boost to be not too old for entry and I want to go abroad this year

At the end of the day whether we take it or not, I believe we are taking a chance.
We know people have died from getting Covid, we know people have died from the injection or have got very unpleasant symptoms.
So, we take a chance.
