Did She Say Goodbye?

I've been speaking to someone for a while now. It's always been like we like one another but we've never really said it. She's with someone else and although they've had their issues, i've never commented on it out of respect.

I told her I was coming to town and she hopped on the chance to set up a meet. I was actually quite cautious about meeting her because I was always curious as to if the other guy knew about me. Anyway, turns out he didn't. He kicked off and was basically telling her that she wasn't allowed to see another guy one on one. She against his wishes made sure that she came to see me. She was keeping me updated afterwards with everything he was saying about me and basically interrogating her how we met and why we speak so often. Take in mind up till this point me and her hadn't actually done anything and I had never bad mouthed him.

2 weeks go by and I'm just under the impression that she will probably steer clear of me because her partner made a big deal about me prior. She invites me to go to a concert with her one on one where the atmosphere would be quite boozy. I said let's go, it'll be fun. She then goes quiet for a week and messages me on a different social media platform saying 'sorry for not responding my boyfriend isnt pleased with it so I avoided it. Hope you dont hate me'

Is she saying goodbye or can I expect to hear from her in the future?

Sounds like she still wants to be friends with you, but I guess any contact will pee the the new guy off.

As soon as she gets rid of him (which she will, he sounds horrible) she’ll be back to you.

Thinking about it - if I was the other guy I wouldn't be happy if my girl was off seeing another fella on 1 to 1s!

Leave it alone until she contacts you and says he's out of the picture.
