Hair Loss......again

I posted a year or two ago that I was losing more hair when washing and brushing back then but the problem is getting worse now.

I know that the menopause causes hormonal changes but would HRT help with hair loss? I've been using Plantur 39 shampoo and tonic for a couple of years now but I still lose a lot of hair during washing and brushing.

I am sorry to hear that in 21st century we still have problems like that. I hope soon it will be solved for all people.
You said that you would like to cut your hair because too hot in the summer. Have you ever had a very short haircut? Maybe for the first time should choose medium length hairstyles, examples you can see at https://glaminati.com/medium-length-hairstyles-long-thick-hair/ . Then if you really like to cut it shorter, then do it!) But I think for the beginning it is a nice way to start. Good luck.

There's a chance you may not get enough nutrients and it's affecting your hair health...particularly iron and protein. It may be worth considering. Just a thought.
