Thanks Sqad, doing really well, going between 141 and 149, also lost 6lbs in weight by chucking the evening tipple of have wine with our evening meal and drinking water instead

However, if you can't improve on those figures your GP will have to decide if medication is needed.

I’m already on Lisinopril, GP was /is going to ring me in a week, not had a call as yet, perhaps tomorrow
