Was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer 4 years ago. Been on a watch and monitor having blood tests every 3,4 then 6 months MRI every year. Normally my PSA rises 1-1.5 does down 1. My last PSA has jumped 3.5.
To 16 which I’ve been told previously is not good to get too. Got another MRI scan booked.
Any guys been through any medical procedures. I know there are a few.

I think Chris has experience of PC. I’m sure when he sees your post he will respond .
Good luck . It’s a worry isn’t it ?
I presume that 4 years ago, the diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy.
I also presume that your surgeon and yourself decided on a "watch and wait" policy without medical or surgical assistance.

On the above assumptions, although the rise in P.S.A is concerning it doesn't necessarily mean an increased activity in your cancer and the PSA may need to be repeated.

Your forthcoming MRI scan will answer your questions.
