Been advised this morning that the result of a barium swallow shows both these conditions. Thank you.

This is always secondary to something else in the gullet, in your case and oesophageael web, which is a fragile lining of gullet forming a blockage.......all bebign , nothing malignant.
Treatment is dilatation of the web breaking it down allowing food to pass.
May be done under local anaesthetic as a day case.
No big deal.
