Finger and toes....how do you cut yours?

I use nail clippers on both. I keep my finger nails very short, can't bear the feeling of them when they grow above the tips of my fingers. And as for nail varnish, must be at least 25 years since I put any on my finger nails although I always paint my toe nails in summer.

Ive never had a pedicure or manicure and doubt I ever will.

Mostly with a file and rainbow colours on fingers, toes would be a waste of time until the invention of the sagety sandal.

I bite my finger nails, so they are always short, I don't bite them to the quick, just enough to keep them at the right length.

My toes are done by a chiropodist, I loathe mens' feet, including my own, so I avoid touching them when possible.

Nail clippers for both. Special curved ones for toes. Always wear nail varnish on fingers...toes only in summer. Deep, dark sparkly red. Use one of those light thingys so lasts ages

toes are kept short - hate long toenails and a clear coat of polish

finger nails are just over the tips of my fingers kept tidy with a nail file and a coat of clear polish

I can't abide feet either, andy. Dealing with my own is ok but if OH puts his feet, bare or with socks on, anywhere near me, or god forbid touches me with them, aaaaargh😱

I don't bite my nails. Never have. But I cut my toe nails with garden secateurs. Tis true!😵

Don't ask me how I managed it, I don't know, but after a lifelong trying to break the awful habit I suddenly stopped biting my nails in my mid-70s.  But it meant having to "learn" a skill most people pick up in their youth, i.e. cutting finger nails.  I use clippers and file for fingers, clippers only for feet which I'm finding increasingly difficult to bend to reach, I'm sure I will have to resort to a chiropodist before much longer.
