There are so many women having boob jobs these days and a friend and I were wondering if men can tell the difference when they touch them.  We mean the reasonably sized ones not KP sized.

I don't have any friends with experience in such matters but I do know if on European beaches in the summer you can always spot the boob jobs amongst the topless ladies sunbathing on their backs  - because the boob stays put like a perfect dome rather than flopping off to the side like real ones :-)

Definitely a difference - I've felt women who have had a boob job and those who have had a mastectomy and rebuild, both 'within the skin' and wearing adhered to the chest.

And they definitley look different.  A daughter has them and isnt afraid to display them.

I also got to feel the actual implants as I went with said daughter to see the surgeon.
