Today I have had another phone call to check up on me, and a reminder that should I feel unwell for ANY reason I'm to contact them and they will fast track me to my GP...I doubt losing my footing on the stairs and spraining my ankle counts though 😉

Still hobbling?

Ouch! I did that about 6 mknths ago...landed in a heap.

Is the ankle at least an excuse to put your feet up?

Still hobbling, barry, bruising has just about gone but swelling is taking it's time, and negotiating the stairs is a bit of a challenge.

Its 3 and a bit weeks ago Pasta, and I'm very frustrated having to keep my leg propped up or the swelling increases. In the company of someone who knows about these things, at the weekend, he said to allow at least six weeks 🙄

And no gin was involved....

But the reason you misjudged your step could be as a result of the medication – so you should inform the clinical trial team.

Imagine everyone on the trial has some similar incident, un-reported they will be unaware of this side-effect.

Hymie makes a good point unless you are a frequent faller, in which case you should see your GP

I saw them face to face the day after my 'fall',  had a blood test and saw the doctor. Doctor assured me it was of no consequence, I don't know if they recorded it on my notes 🤷‍♀️

I very much doubt it was connected to the jab I had, probably more connected to my pyjamas 🙄
