peppermint tea

what exactly is peppermint tea? is it tea leaves with peppermint oil or just dried peppermint leaves? im sure i can taste tea in there.. and also does anyone know any good uses for used peppermint tea bags?

it is tea bags made with peppermint leaves instead of tea leaves. Pure peppermint tea wont have anything else in it

You can compost them - either before or after use depending whether you like them or not.

peppermint oil is supposed to help if you have a headache by just massaging very little on your forehead and temples.. so I sometimes used peppermint bags instead. I also put them on my eyes when I have a migraine.
