Insomnia
3 Answers
Hope someone can help shed some light on my situation.
Up until around 4 years ago I slept perfectly. Then got into a bad relationship that caused nothing but grief for me. I got rid of the idiot a year later but ever since I've suffered insomnia.
Sometimes I sleep for 2 hours then awake for 36 hours and so on.
It's really getting to me now.
And before anyone says see a doctor, I have done, on numerous occasions. Only got told to have a warm milk or peppermint tea before bed and to go for a walk (not *** likely in my area!!)
Some ppplllleeeaaassseee help. I can't keep going on like this
TIA

If you have a really bad sleeping pattern I think your GP is a good choice, that it'd be difficult to sort easily with home remedies of whatever sort.
